rode the train w/ Slack, Michelle, Kristen N, Amanda, Yates & Kristin W. to Penn Relays to watch our boys 4 x 100. It was a lot of fun. awesome bunch of people. Left Penn around 2:10 and got home a little after 4:00. I took a few pictures but xanga is gay and its not working when i try and post them.
p.s- our girls 4 x 400 was on tv !!!!! My brother was watching Comcast Sports Net when i was gone today and he called me and said he saw me on tv ! thats sweeet.
oooh yeah, my coach sent me this lonng email and this was proally the line i liked most. "I believe in you. You are a much stronger individual then you give yourself credit for sometimes"
