OMG... so I complained that our air conditioner was molding at the beginning of the semester, and nothing was done. Lately, the thing has been acting up and caused the room to smell like complete ass, so I complained again, finally. AND the next day they fixed it.... the air conditioner is still the same, but they changed something out because there's no mold and the room doesn't smell like complete ass for the first time in days! You have no idea how happy this makes me... I'm completely ecstatic.
