Here's what I learned from his first day that he won't tell you:
People that apply to Harvard and get accepted: 9%
People that get a perfect score on the SATs: 1%
People that apply and get a phone interview with Google: 6%
People that get an in-person interview: 4%
People that get a job offer: 0.4%
...okay, really there's a lot more that I learned, but I thought those numbers were very impressive.
