I HATE MY BOSS
This is an RN soon to be a terrible nurse practitioner. This woman and I have not gotten along since day one, literally. Her first day she had opinions and words for me before I even knew who the fuck she was. Since our introduction she has been no better. She will talk about you like you're not there and then tell you "how important to the team" you are out of the other side of her patronizing bitch face. She has been at my community for almost a year and has chased several other nurses and caregivers away, that is unless she can find grounds to fire them. The corporation that I work for wants to know why the employee turn-over rate is the highest at the community I work at. I want to push her off her high horse into a pit of vipers and sharp rocks.
