The house is for sale - MLS # 2095557
The pictures aren't up yet - but that should happen soon. He took them yesterday.
I had a viewing set up for 4pm, so I went to my mom's place - after getting to leave work early (!!!). Hung out with my sister and stuff, then Elizabeth called me to go for sushi.
We went for sushi which was fabulous (per usual) and then she came back here for a little bit to see the house in it's finished state (aka GLORY! lol). It looks so good now, I kinda want to stay. lol.
After she left, I was sitting on my couch watching the first few minutes of survivor when someone knocked on my door. It was an agent from remax who had been in the area and tried calling my agent but couldn't get through - he was with a client.
She asked if she could call her client and have them come through. I said sure.
I think the lady really liked the house and her little son did too. He is 3years old and he walked in to the kitchen, put one hand on his hip, turned to his mom and said "Hm, nice sized kitchen".
We all just about peed.
CROSS YOUR FINGERS! lol. i want to selllll.
In other news - My birthday is next Thursday. Thursday night will be the "Niagara Edition" at my mom's and kilt & clover in port... Followed by Friday night in Hamilton and Saturday has not been determined yet. I do want to go to Karaoke on Sunday at the Goon if possible... we shall see.
