(no subject)
so i was taking the dogs out before work this morning, and i was being very careful on account of all the ice from the freezing rain - well, apparently not careful enough as i managed to fall down my porch steps.
yep, fell down three concrete steps onto the brick pathway.
tried to get back up, got to almost standing then fell again.
very carefully now, tried to get up a third time and bam! again.
apparently fourth time was the charm this morning.
i got up, went in the house in a panic, my pants were wet, my back sore.
i screwed up my neck, skinned my knee and have bruises just under the surface on my back - i'm sure to be black and blue by this time tomorrow.
my neck is killing me. i'm really scared as to whether or not i will be able to move tomorrow.
i took a muscle relaxer and it's not really helping.
i think we're going to get a movie and i'm going to be on the couch. then to my bed.
