1 kilo of pork (tenderloin)
Soy sauce
Mirin
Yellow mustard seeds
Powdered ginger
Cut pork thin (or as thick as you like; I liked it thin).
Stir about 2 tablespoonfuls of mirin into 6 tablespoonfuls of soy sauce; stir in a tablespoonful of ginger and small handful of mustard seeds.
Layer pork and sauce mix, allow to soak for a while (10 minutes).
Fry on a skillet.
Serve with rice/potatoes/veggies/whatever floats your fancy.
