+even though i hate shopping, i'm excited that my mom decided i should have a more professional wardrobe and is taking me to places like banana republic to buy things. it's time i bought nice clothes instead of wearing things i find on the ground (like that blue wife-beater) or things that don't fit my friends anymore. i'm starting to look like a bag lady.
+since i'm looking forward to moving but not to working at the job i have in seattle, i'm looking for other jobs. but i'm not sure how to apply to places when i don't live there. any advice is welcome. i know people line up jobs before moving all the time but i've never done it. i think maybe i'll go on an interview-trip to seattle in july. there's tons of stuff i'm qualified for out there so i should find something.
+i also especially need advice on finding non-sketchy people to hang out with once i am in seattle. shady characters always find me and i dont understand why. but i have found cheap studio apts on the internet and i think it'll be nice to live by myself, especially since i dont know anyone with another place i could go to if my roommates sucked.
