Yesterday I spent 6 hours trying to figure out why Sims 3 didn't work on my computer. Seriously. Six. Hours. I was SO frustrated that I totally cried on the phone with customer support. Turns out my computer is just irrelevant. Not enough RAM, not a fast enough processor, not the right type of video card. I didn't know this stuff... sorry I'm not a computer wiz. I just figured that I have TONS of empty space, have kept my computer in REALLY good condition, so why not. Because everyone who made that games hates me. I've been wanting to play Sims 3 for like 2 years. I finally get it for Christmas. I finally spend a ton of time and money on getting my dvd drive fixed. Why? So I could waste 6 hours trying to load a game that is impossible. I was seriously looking at the Apple website. I can get a new laptop for 1000. But it'd only be like 23 a month. Sure it'd be for like 30 months, waaaaaaaay over the sticker price, but I'd have it. And it's 12 months same as cash. Then I realize I want to buy a new 1000 computer to play a 40 dollar game. WHAT is wrong with me?
