Hello World
Hellooo friends! Please admire my new sexy lexy lx3 camera! Its quite awesome and I'm still learning how to work stuff like shutter speed, aperture, white balances etc in short, I am a noob. (low morale ):) Anyhow, I've been wasting my life away during the hols though I am enjoying this form of decay.
Church camp was good :D I found a super cute kitty which we named Milky. & had nice waiters who wanted to take pictures with us cos they thought we were all cute. HMMM.
Beaches, starfishes and hermit crabs. Sandcastles and kittens. Apart from the awful carsick ride back, everything else was all good. Was a pretty nice break though I still don't like salt water so I didn't swim in the sea and only waded in it.
Anyway, my confirmation letter from University of Texas Austin is here!! I can't wait to get my paws on it later. I can finally confirm my accomodation and modules, start on my visa and start looking at flights!! And I'm gonna grab some football tickets just for kicks cos the uni i'm going too is KNOWN for its awesome football! I am still pretty dampened that the rest going are 4GUYS. I want a girl because girls > guys. SIGH. SHOPPINGGG AND BIMBO TALKS. I can just imagine 4 business guys totally ganging up and rolling their eyes at me. But the only plus is 4 guys = i don't need to carry luggage and have extra luggage space I think.
I'm so excited but I'll miss everyone soooo much. And there's a high chance that I'll be spending my birthday IN THE AIR ON A PLANE. I might just cry - though I hope I'll be sleeping by then. I decided that I don't want a send off because I will cry and people will make fun of me. SO THERE ITS SETTLED. I will miss my rabbit so much when I go ):
