Last night I went to Real Life with the Simmons College Christian Fellowship group. I met up with Bri in Bartol around 5:45 and met some really cool girls (Erin, Claire, Amy, Ashley, and a bunch of other people, but I forget their names). The program was held at Harvard and I sang along to some of the songs. Granted, the girl that was singing made me want to laugh out loud. I don't know, but she had more of a "pop star" vibe, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I just found her amusing. A man named Marty Brown talked about Luke 1-24, the prodigal son, and I actually got a lot out of it. god/Jesus lets us choose if we want to be loved. I still have my doubts and I'm not going to say I don't believe or believe in a god, but if Jesus did exist he was a cool guy. Jesus would party=p Afterwards we hung out and met some folks from MIT, BU, Emerson, and Wheelock. It felt good to get out of the dorms and explore the city. We went to the Garage in Harvard Square and had coffee and told embarrassing period stories. This is what happens at an all-girls school lol. I think I'm gonna go to Real Life again=)
