I was so excited to check out Cat Steven's new album. He now goes by the name Yusaf Islam (he became a Muslim many years ago), so it was kind of hard to find. It turned out to be an album of children's songs called "Look and See" and it included songs called "Out Guide is the Quran" and "I Am A Muslim".
It freaked me out a little.
Now, I usually agree with those bumper stickers that say COEXIST and GOD IS TOO BIG TO FIT IN ONE RELIGION, but I guess I still keep soe prejudice within me.
I'm very glad that I signed up for the World Religions course at Wheelock. I can't wait!
