I had never heard of Haida Gwaii before... are you going there for Christmas?

Is Haida Gwaii another name for the Queen Charlotte Islands or is it an individual Island?

Well no, they're headed to the old hometown for Christmas and so am I. Haida Gwaii is the name for all those islands up there (two big, many small).
Any other ?s. :)

My old hometown is Coquitlam BC. Have you always been in Campbell River? btw did you get any funny comments like this? I've had two and seen one on somebody else's journal.

I'm actually in Comox, beside Courtenay. I've lived here since I was 4, before that in reverse chronological was Cranbrook, Vancouver, Powell River. I've been thinking about moving, but it is such a beautiful place to live. I can drive 4 minutes in any direction and see ocean, mountains, the glacier. Drive a little longer for lakes or up the mountain. Who would want to live anywhere else...

That comment, I saw it in your journal, out of curiosity clicked it and it started downloading something (in case you were smart enough to not click it)... I'm thinking it might be a virus. You might want to report it to support staff... or log your anonmous comments for a while.
