Differences Chapter 4
Emily looked into the bright , blue eyes which were infront of her.
" You're here ? " Naomi questioned.
" Well , I got forced into coming here, I was just about to leave until ..... " Emily started to stutter. As Naomi raised an eyebrow, Emily continued to talk.
" You came. Naomi why don't you just let me explain? "
" Well , then, go on. "
" Can we go somewhere, you know, quiet. "
Emily started walking towards the park, " Well come on ! ". Naomi followed the excited, yet nervous girl. The two girls sat on the grass and Emily began to talk,
" I know you think I started the rumour, well I didn't, I would never. Stupid me told Katie that I kissed you, and she twisted it by telling everyone in secondary school that you kissed me. I tried to explain it to you but you just wouldn't listen. "
" Well , Katie was always a bitch. " Emily looked at Naomi , then the two girls snorted and started to laugh.
" You know, she came up to me today. " Naomi whispered
" What ? " Emily said angrily.
" She told me to stay away from you . "
Emily looked up at Naomi who was, now staring at her. Emily moved closer to Naomi.
" I don't want you to stay away from me. " Emily whispered into Naomi ear, she could feel her shiver. Naomi closed her eyes and listened to Emily's sweet voice in her ear.
" Do you remember? The day we kissed, I know i said it was a mistake. Well , it wasn't, I do want to kiss you again.
I want to kiss you now. "
Naomi opened her eyes and looked into Emily's eager chocolate brown eyes. Naomi moved closer to Emily until they closed the gap, she felt Emily's soft lips on hers. Emily deepened the kiss, but Naomi stopped, confused.
" I can't do this ..... Again. " Naomi got up and started to run, leaving the lost, hurt girl on the grass.
