According to two different interviews for the release of Warm Bodies,Nick has another project :
“I am going to do another film in Africa, an independent film being directed by Jake Paltrow (the brother of Gwyneth Paltrow) with Michael Shannon (Boardwalk Empire) and Elle Fanning (Somewhere,Ginger & Rosa)."
" After I finish doing press for this, I’m heading back to Africa to do a film called The Young Ones. Then, I come back here to promote “Jack The Giant Slayer,” and then I shoot “X-Men (Days of Future Past). "
The movie is set in a near future world where water is a scarce commodity, and centers on a teen cowboy who is still reeling from his father’s death (Michael Shannon ?).He then discovers that the killer (Nick ?) has moved in with his sister (Elle Fanning ?) and the ever-looming introduction of futuristic technology he’s been fighting against threatens to claim more lives should he pursue his personal vendetta.
Elle Fanning is attached to the project since 2011.
Update : Kodi Smit-McPhee ("Let Me In") is also part of the cast and I think he plays the teen cowboy. The movie began principal photography Feb. 1 in South Africa's Northern Cape desert.
You can have a look at the 2011 promo poster with the tagline "Not all children have a childhood"

(The BBC had a miniserie version of this with Eddie Raydmane from Les misérables and Clémence Poésy from Harry Potter).
The movie will be filming in Belgium and the Uk (after he finishes filming for The young ones and X Men).

http://collider.com/x-men-days-of-future-past-1973/ The Young Ones looks interesting but the age difference between Nick and Elle bothers me (although the casting directors seem to cast Elle as older girls - Hannah Murray played a character that Elle was supposed to play-).
2013 seems like Nick's breakthrough year.
