Will Merrick doing theatre,cast in a movie and a tv show
Will is currently at the Fringe Festival with his theatre company No Prophet Theatre Company for the Simon Stephen's play Punk Rock.The play follows the last few months of seven sixth-formers at a fee-paying grammar school in Stockport.Beginning with the arrival of the unusual Lilly Cahill,the audience follows the tortuous winding down of their school careers and the final vicious moments of the sex,intelligence, paranoia, boredom and violence that are peculiar to the school system.

Will has landed a part in the new romantic comedy About Time by Richard Curtis (Four weddings and a funeral,Nothing Hill and Love Actually).It's the story of Tim ,a young man,who comes from a family of time-travelers.When Tim learns of his unique gift from his father,he uses his newfound abilities to change situations for the better.
The cast includes Rachel McAdams,Domhnall Gleeson,Bill Nighy,Tom Hollander,Margot Robbie,Lydia Wilson and Vanessa Kirby.Will is playing the part of Jay the upbeat, confident best friend of Tim (Domhnall Gleeson).
