Oh wow. I have to admit I'm only familiar with the UK version of QAF (and atm I'm seeing Brian as our Stuart) but yes.

Gah a really Strong McKay Character. Gods yes!

Brian is the american re-imagining of Stuart, so you got it exactly right!

I'm glad you're liking it. I love this McKay but I wasn't entirely certain of how it would go over.

I tend to stay away from QAF fanfic too *blush* but! I love McKay and I love Brian and I was thinking through how similar they were... fun!
