Prompt Community?

I wanted to find out what people thought about the possibility of a Skins prompt community.
Basically, the prompt community would provide prompts in various forms; weekly prompts, lists, tables, etc. and you complete them as and when you can. It would be open to fanfiction AND art and would potentially host regular small fic writing and art challenges so that anyone who can't get involved in bigger fandom challenges, such as the Big Bang, can still be creative.
