+001 - It's simple and pretty, I like the texture

-#2 - you can barely make out the picture because of the texture, too dark
-#02 - It's really hard to make out what is on the icon.
-#2 - the cropping is mediocre and the colouring isn't that different from the original shot

+03 - Love the use of black and white and contrasting here! Even though I think the icon could be brightened up a bit more, its' still wonderful!

-04 - The use of colours here is pretty, but the faces of Chris and Jal are too obscured and the texture just makes thing worse.
