So I have really been slacking off lately. I can feel that I have gained a couple of pounds and now I am determined to get them off especially with Spring Break coming up. All these tests lately have given me test stress, and my favorite form of dealing with it? Eating. So there has definitely been a good amount of binging going on and now I'm pretty much our of the stress radar. So starting tomorrow I am going to go to the gym and workout until I can no longer move, and then the next day I am going to go and do the same thing. I'm going to try to do this for two weeks straight and hopefully I will be able to get off these stress pounds. Do any of you have any suggestions, diets, something? I really would like to find something that could supress my appetite, I like eating healthy, I really do, but sometimes I feel so ravenous and I know I shouldn't be.
Damn school and my lack of time management skills.
