I love reading this website whenever I think about eating during my fast. It's so positive and points out all the good things about not eating for a while, so it's not *just* all about losing fat (I prefer thinking of losing weight as "losing fat"... because that's what I'm really interested in), I am doing a little bit of good for my body... Today is the first day of my water & green tea fast. My goal is to fast for 10 days.

I don't know how to break my fast... I cannot binge. I must eat something healthy. Maybe a fruit salad. I want to ease my way back into eating... if I do it correctly, I think it will really help with restricting.
