Spearing nemo
I got an invite from Simon to go spearfishing with the Sydney Uni sub-aquatics groups. Sounds interesting but scary. As much as I like being underwater, I don't exactly want to learn how to load a gun and kill fish! But I would love to go diving again... sigh... it's definitely going to be two years until I dive again. But at least I will make my "must travel overseas at least once every two years" self-imposed rule.
We're all booked for a family holiday. On Boxing Day we leave for Bali, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Singapore and then back to Sydney on the 13th January. I am so excited! We were originally going to go back to Thailand, but I suggested Hong Kong because we've never been there before (and in Thailand we'd probably end up doing the same thing as Bali - lying on the beach all day). Besides, shopping in HK is meant to be amazing! They have no sales taxes!!! So there's another reason for me to save my pennies.
Got my wedding invitation a couple of days ago. Less than two months to go. Must find perfect dress!
