So, yes...

I'm here now at just under 238lbs right now, and really want to get the weightloss kicked off again. I'm only marginally over my lowest ever weight and would like to set a new record by getting into the 220s sooner rather than later. My longer term goal is to get to a UK size 18, whatever that may be, so greater avenues of shopping are open to me!! My top half is almost there as I tend to wear a UK 18/20 up top but do struggle with some styles once we get below the waist as I tend to wear a 22 on my lower half. According to size charts I see I should probably still be wearing bigger but generally a 22 is guaranteed to fit me.

Not sure how I'm going to tackle this...

When I lost weight last spring, and a noticeable amount, I literally did not try. I do not know what I did but dropped a dress size - good times! I don't think I'm going to be that lucky again so am trying to decide how to go forwards. I have had a kick off with the suspected Norovirus but even before that I had been toying with Dukan - only trouble is I'm not really a big meat eater. So, this is my current pondering... I'm guessing it will just be calorie control because I'm not a fan of restricting certain foods, I need lovely fresh bread in my life! We will see.

Anyway, is there still life out there on my friends list? Has anyone had any success over the year plus I've been gone that can help inspire me??

In other news, I did have a jog round Ally Pally yesterday which I quite enjoyed!
