Barrier Breaking :)

OK, so I've not actively been persuing this weightloss thing of late. The good news though is that I've held around the mid 250's without much effort at all, so I think the chances of me going up to my all time high of the mid 70's is minimal - and I only ended up that high following an operation and three weeks of immobility.

Anyway, my work colleagues hadn't seen me for around really for nearly 3 weeks (I was doing regional work, nothing exciting!) and were saying how it looked I'd lost weight. I didn't think I had, at least not numbers wise. And sure enough, I was still low to mid 250s.

However yesterday I hit an all time low of 250.2 (their comments have made me pay a bit more attention to the scales again!) and today - 248.8!! Even when I was busting my ass I seemed to be able to get nowhere near the 240s, so yeah, happy times :) That's a massive barrier for me to have broken through.

Not quite sure how it's all happened as the year has started with quite a lot of, well lots of alcohol really. On a few occasions some seriosuly ridiculous amounts. Usually with booze I gain and bloat but my body seems to be coping very well. That's all calmed down now as I'm currently in the midst of moving house, so some of the loss can be attributed to that stress.

But yeah, 240's! and it means my BMI is solidly back into the 30s too.
