The scales had me at more or less what they did yesterday - 258.2lbs, though the wii told me I was lb up. Not too funked over this though as it's very early days again, and my focus is more on exercise at the moment and just not going crazy with what I eat, as opposed to dieting. I want to be doing strength training as opposed to fat shredding, and that means the lbs ain't gonna drop off but the body should start to get leaner :D

Anyways, food wise today:

Usual egg brekkie (2 x eggs + 2 x toast)
Melon and Apple salad for lunch (about 1 apple and approx 3/4 of a whole melon - cantaloupe and galia)
Cheese, chorizo and tomato sandwich again in a white pain (these were a four pack so in all likelihood I'll have it a fourth and final time tomorrow!)
Muller Light custard rice pot (about 200 cal)

Drinks: approx 1.5 litres of water, 2-3 pints of squash and 1.5 cups of tea

No dedicated 'exercise' today - I'm absolutely shattered for some reason. However I did play on Wii Sports resort for an hour so that gave my arms a work out if nothing else :)
