It'll be fine...

Yes, I am actually updating this thing. Lots has happened this school year. Lots. Did a few shows, sang a few songs, took some classes, hung out/lived with some really great people, loved and all that comes with that, and now I'm just ready for it all to be over for a while. I need this break, but I will miss my friends a lot. Tibbits again this summer. Should be an...interesting experience...May will once again prove to be a month of extreme growth. I am almost sick of growing at this point. It's starting to hurt, and I don't like hurt. I know this update seems vague, but at least I can follow it.

Some really awesome news: I was cast in "The Lion in Winter", one of the mainstage productions for the fall of 06! My first play here at Western. It will be an amazing experience. I cannot wait to work with the wonderfully talented director and cast. WOOHOO!!

I also want to take this time to give a shout out to my "Godot" boys Seth and Faiz. I am in Seth Miller's Directing II scene of "Waiting For Godot" with Faizman. It has been an incredible experience so far and I am now a Beckett fan, thanks to Seth. I have learend soooo much throughout the process and I am so thankful that Seth has given me this awesome opportunity. Best director. Faiz is awesome to work with as well. Best Gogo. I will miss it when it is done. Our final showing is around 8:30 P.M. in the Zack L. York Arena Theatre on Wednesday. All should come enjoy the absurdity of Beckett.

Being home on Easter has been nice. Nice to see my mom and dad and brother. Marshall really helps heal any emotional pain in a subtle way. It's always a good idea to go back to the basics, go back to where you came from and, in a way, try and start fresh all over again. I'm not saying this will happen in one day, but thank God I will be back here for a month before I head to Coldwater again.

Well those are some bullets in my life right about now. It is time to finish up some laundry and get the last stash of groceries I will need for my dorm this year. Kinda weird to think about. I WILL miss 234 Ernest Burnham, but a HOUSE next year will be nice.
