Thanks for replying; you're my second mailbox friend! You seem pretty brave, considering you're using these mailboxes as well. They're amazing, but kind of weird, too, huh?

Oh, nice! It doesn't matter if I'm your first or not, as long as we're still friends~ Anyway, I'm doing pretty well! Things are getting pretty exciting here, even if classes will be starting up sometime.

[Rolf realizes he isn't sure when regular classes will start, but just shrugs.]

That's cool that you wrote to Heather. I only sort of know her by name, but she helped a good friend of mine out the other night.

Regarding the mailboxes, I can't really help you there, except make up tons of stories. Like... maybe the monsters in our time made them to talk to monsters in your time! Or it's actually an alien creation that crashed into the attic many, many years ago.
