156.4 when I got up today.

Breakfast- banana with honey & breakfast on the go (200)
Snack- coconut iced coffee with skim milk and 2 Splenda from Dunkin
Lunch/dinner salad with leafy romaine, carrots, tomatoes, goat cheese, and walnuts and dressing. Vegetarian quinoa
Snack- small wawa salted Carmel cappuccino with extra espresso

I drank a LOT of water today. And I am exhausted from getting no sleep last night. Goodnight!
