I wanted to create a new journal to start fresh, but I can't figure out how on the app. Oh well.

I feel pretty disgusted with myself right now. My eating habits have been getting worse and worse. I feel sick to my stomach and incredibly bloated right now.

I am thinking of starting a raw food diet, but my paycheck still has not cleared so that won't be happening. Hopefully it will process by Monday since I have off then and could do some food shopping.

I want to plan out my food for tomorrow now. I don't have much here to eat but I'm sure I can make it work. For breakfast I'm thinking a banana smoothie with some almond milk. I was thinking a scrambled egg, too, with some tomato. Lunch I will have a sandwich since I do have lunch meat. I'll make turkey with one slice of Swiss, tomato, romaine, and mustard. Snack will be baby carrots and pineapple. Dinner will be soup maybe. And for an after dinner snack maybe some almonds and a cup of tea.

I really hope that I can stick to that. I know that once I get through a couple days ill be able to keep going. I am excited to have tons and tons of water at work now (we just got one of those deer park system things) so ill keep full pure water and tea all day.

I've also been looking into getting an elliptical. I have had a gym membership for MONTHS and have used it 0 times. I think having a piece of equipment at home will be better and more motivating to me. I'm going to check out my local thrift store Monday and see what kind they have.
