I ate so well today.
yogurt w/ oj
granola bar
salad w/ tomatoes, onions, and grilled chicken with reduced fat dressing
nectarine
tuna fish w/ low fat mayo and 5 reduced fat ritz crackers
yay me! I'm thinking I want to try the sacred heart diet. I'm gonna convince my mom to do it with me so she will buy all the ingredients :D
