RA Tiffany Hughes called RD Ellen Walker up to roo 404 for Saturday morning Spring Break check out. When RD Walker approached the door she saw a poster taped to the outside of the door with 2 girls kissing each other with 2 condoms taped to it. Upon entring the roomthere was another poster of the same nature on the inside or the room with another condom taped to it. Hughes and Nally pointed out the thermostat and breaker. THere was a condom draped over the thermostat. RD Walker removed the condom. Hanging off the break was a condom filled wit ha white substance. RD Walker did not touch the condom on the breaker. Walker, Nally and Hughes removed the poster fro the door and laid it on Histed's bed. Hughes told Walker the poster has been up on the door for a week or so and that the condoms were not there last night but appeared this morning. Histed leftthismorning aroun 9:30, RD Walker saw him walk outside of her apartment and knows his roommate Matthew Lapointe left on Frday. Hughes and Nally did a head count of the building on Friday evening and Matthew Lapointe was not in his rom. All of te condoms and posters were on Histed's side of the room. On Tuesday March 20, 2007 Lapointe admitted to RD Walker that he placed the condoms in his room before he left for Spring reak on Friday March 9, 2007.
