RIght now I'm at school working on Tait's RnR paper. I love Tait's class so much. It is definitely what I am going to do in college. I want to study in philosophy so badly. This paper, is absolutely blowing my mind though. Everything in this paper and everything that we have learned this year, creates a whole new dimension of understanding and meaning in general. It is the most amazing class I have ever taken...
But the paper is sort of making me realize things that I don't want to understand. Like for example, I dont want to know how un-special we all are. When you think about it, we are all just matter and energy, and our ability to evolve isn't some divine or special gift that has been bestowed upon us, but is instead just being lucky...or unlucky, however you want to see it as.
The earth is not the center of the universe, the stars do not revolve around us. We as human's are incapable of understanding meaning, for the continuence of our existence.
