I'm back to blonde! I had a few chunks of turquoise and green put in as well. Once those colours fade a bit, it'll be easier to differentiate between the two and it'll add a nice depth to the turquoise. We went with a more natural golden blonde as opposed to platinum and I really like it. My hairstylist was amazed at the job I did cutting my own hair. *lol* Maybe she was blowing smoke up my ass, but she really went on about it, marvelling at the job I did, and said she really liked the wispiness of it. I told her I had a good teacher by watching her all these years and maybe I should try cutting her hair one day.

Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal by Christopher Moore.
Likelihood of me recommending this book to anyone (out of 5) - 5. As I've said before, I'm a fan of Christopher Moore's work. A couple of his books have been a disappointment, but not this one. If you're an uppity Christian, you may find this book offensive. Biff, Jesus' childhood friend, is brought back from the dead to write a gospel to fill in the blank 30 years of Jesus' life that the other gospels have left out. The bible has his birth story then skips to when Jesus is in his 30s and performing miracles. Well, what the hell was happening in between? Biff explains their childhood under Roman rule, travelling to learn how Jesus will be the Messiah (you don't just become a Messiah overnight, ya know), and travelling back to face Jesus' crucifixion. I quite liked the story. It had lots of funny moments. It's an interesting story to fill in a few decades of a life that has been left blank. If you're not Christian and aren't familiar with stories from the bible, you can still enjoy this book.
