Okay! I've e-mailed Walmart and I may follow-up with a call. Here's the e-mail I sent:
• * Store location - 1665 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg, Manitoba - Store #3177; Terminal ID: WALAU896248
• * Date and time of incident - August 16, 2011 at 5:31:32 PM CST
I have debated for a couple of days now whether to contact Walmart customer service or not over the incident that happened. However, the cashier's behaviour was so inappropriate that I feel I need to say something.
I purchased a few items including craft supplies and silicone bra cutlets. The male cashier greeted me in a normal pleasant manner and proceeded to scan the items. As he scanned the bra cutlets (which have a picture on the front of a woman in a bra), he put them in the bag, paused, took them out of the bag, and began squeezing them for a few moments. I stood there, completely mortified, and finally asked him what my total was. He took the item out of the bag for no reason other than to fondle them. His behaviour was inappropriate and, in my opinion, perverted. It was greatly embarrassing for me, as I am sure you can understand.
I would appreciate a response to this e-mail. I think this cashier should be spoken to about his behaviour and why it was inappropriate. I do not want him to do this to another female customer who may be purchasing cutlets, bras, or any other type of female under garment.
