Where You Going To Run To?...

I finally did my first photo shoot with my gas mask on Wednesday with my favourite photographer, Ian McCausland. That was our third time working together and the results are amazingly awesome. I now have to whittle down 684 photos to pick out my faves which, as you can imagine, is not an easy task. I'll be doing another gas mask shoot later in the week with a photographer I've been dying to work with (and not a dude for a change!). :D

I think I'm getting sick. My throat is feeling a little puffy lately. I was supposed to go glow mini golfing this evening with my friends Heather and Dave, but, alas, my poor Heather is sick. I guess people are getting that summer cold/flu...or West Nile, whichever.

I had a great sushi date yesterday evening with a girl I went to college with so I haven't seen her in 6 years and we've kept up via Facebook. We could have sat there hours upon hours talking. We have an insane amount in common with regard to personality and social views which is so great. We're definitely going to get together more often now.

I had coffee with another friend earlier in the week who told me about this amazing documentary called The Bridge which I immediately wanted to rent. Alas, the only video store that had it had its one and only copy rented out with no anticipated return date. So, I ordered it from Amazon. Hopefully it'll arrive this coming week.

The velvet painting I had commissioned should be finished soon. :) The artist e-mailed me yesterday with a question and indicated she'll be done soon. Woot! Can't wait to see the results.

Our new fridge arrived on Thursday. It's big, black, and beautiful with lots of room in the fridge and freezer.
