Annual Review
Well, what I say, it went pretty well, and according to Ajay, Iupload is my bitch. So, this year they are wanting me to manage it completely and hopefully take over development of it within the next 18 months, score! They are also going to have me go to third party sites to introduce myself and try and come up with some ideas to make the relationship with them better. Should be good.
So with that in mind, aswell as my boss admitting that he pressured me to do things that I wasn't ready to do, and some other good points to come out of the meeting, I'm hoping to get and nice little bonus and hopefully a salary increase. Crap thing is I have to wait like two weeks to find out. Bummer!
Anyway, I'm feeling pretty chipper at the moment, woo! =)
