art council was normal, the potluck was sparse but enjoyable! joan showed a few of us how to wool felt and i think it may be the way i'm going to make my plexi-glass boxes with little artists inside! i just need to go online and stare at the screen until i remember the website name... create..something.. maybe createforless.. like payless shoes only for art supplies! joan, gordon, and i sang happy birthday to brooke and made her blow out her crayon candle! everyone loves my hair but are a bit exasperated when i cant tell them the color, i just dont know it! then brooke and i ran around the art building making people eat cupcakes, we made a little pile of them in the jewelry studio cause keith was busy teaching, i hope he didn't mind the chocolatey pile of birthday goodness! just told everyone we met that they NEEDED a cupcake. couldn't live without it!
The Triplets of Belleville was absolutely outrageous! i could not stop laughing! how he portrayed people as either gigantic or dissapearing behind telephone pole thin was great. i also loved that the statue of liberty was a gigantic balloon like woman holding up a platter with a cheese burger on it. fantasmic!!
i cant get that dancer wearing nothing but a bikini bottom and bananas out of my head! scandalous!
