Three Day South Tippeary Diet

Here is my favorite diet. I found a few diets on the internet and fiddled around until I had the perfect three day creation.
Here you go.

Day One
Breakfast
Black Tea/Coffee
One Grapefruit
1 slice of toast
2. cup of Peanut Butter

Lunch
4 oz Tuna
1 slice of Toast
Black Tea or coffee

Dinner
2 Slices of any cold meat
1 cup of string bans
4 oz Beetroot
4 oz Vanilla Ice cream

Day Two

Breakfast
I Egg
1 Banana
1 Slice of Toast
Black Tea/Coffee

Lunch
4 oz cottage cheese
5 Crackers
Black Tea/Coffee

Dinner
2 Hot Fogs
4 oz Broccoli
4 Cucumber
½ Banana
4 oz Vanilla Ice cream

Day Three

Breakfast
5 Saltine crackers
1 Slice of Cheddar
1 Small apple
Black Tea/Coffee

Lunch
1 Hard Boiled Egg
1 Slice Toast
Black Tea/Coffee

Dinner

4 oz Tuna
4 oz Beetroot
4 oz Cauliflower
½ Honeydew Melon
4 oz Vanilla Ice Cream

The diet works on a chemical breakdown and had been proven. Do NOT vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper can be used, but NO other seasoning. Where no quantity is given there are no restrictions other than common sense.

This diet is to be used for three days at a time. In three days you will lose 10 lbs. After three days of dieting you can eat normally but remember not to overdo it. You lose up to 40 lbs in a month if you stick to it.

Toast should be dry, no butter or margarine. Tuna, string beans and beetroot can be frozen. Saltine crackers or tuc/ritz.

Drink six-eight glasses of water per day.
