On the beach last night we saw this cow getting hunted by a pack of dogs, it outpaced them though and got off without a bite. Long chase. We did nothing today, nothing at all. Well actually we got drunk on the beach and layed around in hammocks, which is prettyy theraputic so not nothing.
Dad i need you to pay of erics visa. This town doesn't have a bank and i had to use it to get money. My hotmail isn't working but this is so post it if you pay it off. Thanks Dad.
Tomorrow we are trainbound for Varanasi, it used to be called Benares and it's a big deal holy place on the Ganga river. The deal is that if you die in Varanasi then you get Moksha, a release from the cycle of death and rebirth, so people are supposed to be absolutely incredible at this place. I don't understand wanting to kill your soul and die, forever. It would make me pretty extreme though if i decided that i wanted to do that and believed it was gonna go hahahahahaa a cat just jumped in my lap and curled up purrrring, it's got the red dot on it's head, like a Brahmin (i don't really know but assume).
To get to Varanasi it's gonna be around 35 hours of train (they move so slow) so this will be the most intimate i've ever come to know a vehicle i think. Should be fun though the trains are usually a good ride and there's always interesting people about.
Anyway, hotmail is dead i think so sorry everyone that i'm not e-mailing you, it's not that i'm being self absorbed but it just doesn't work.
