I just had 6 ricecakes with pb and 2 with grilled chicken. And a cup of yogurt.
Who cares tho, all I ate the whole day. I was hungry and looked and felt horrible, so I spose I was meant to eat. Lost 8 pounds in 10 days (was a pound heavier tonight tho? but i guess it's all the diet coke i drank during the day).
I'm nauseous now. 5 was too much. Not neccesary.
I bought the wrong yogurt also, don't know how that happened? Has fat (0.7), sugar and twice the calories.
Meh.
This was the whining.
