Hmmm so I checked the scales this morning and it wasn't THAT bad. I mean, the binging has done it's harm obv, it's a disaster, but it could've been way worse (ie back at or over my HW).

March has to be the month where I'm gonna rock the weightloss. 15 lbs at least, 20 would be a miracle, but it'd be niiice. There's but one obstacle; my birthday on march 14. To be expected:

-Dinner on the day before
-Breakfast at restaurant on the day itself
-Cake made by sister
-Pi pie made by friends
-Cake at dad's
-Cookies or something made by gma
-The cake that I will treat my friends on

Hope I can limit it to that. But March 12 and March 17 my two closest friends are turning 18 = me eating.

In times like these I wish I was a purger but I guess I'll have to do with boring, strenuous exercise.

Off to therapy.
