So after 13 days of binging and 8 lbs gained, I QUIT. Back to fasting my friends. If I even want to make it close to my goal for June 3, I have to create a whole new gameplan. Things a gonna change. I feel dirty, fat, tired, dehydrated and BAD.
Friday: plan the whole thing out, laser hair removal, quality time with friend
Saturday: homework, going out
Sunday: homework
