I love the water
So I have definately started to take advantage of my Carribean whereabouts! I finally got pictures of SCUBA diving!! Not a whole lot but pictures of both ocean life and me!! :) So in order to gloat I have put them up as well on photodex. Must see pictures are of the dolphin watching and of the diving. I can't wait till I can get an underwater camera or at least a case for a camera.
Diving on Sunday was awesome! The first place we went was Northern Exposure which was really pretty and had an unbelievable amount of Star fish on the ground. Huge star fish too, probably 8-10" in diameter. The second dive was called 1/4 wreck. Apparently a ship was being transported out to deep water to be disposed of. It was cut into four pieces and I assume was intended to make artifical reefs. Well the back part of the ship fell off the boat that was transporting it and that is why it is 1/4 wreck :) Anyway it was the back end of the ship so there was the propeller and drive shaft and the hugest engine I've ever seen!! So awesome!! I'm so excited I finally have some pictures to show people what it looks like down there. The pictures arent the best because he didnt have a red filter on his camera (there are no red light waves underwater) so he photoshoped the red in but they still look pretty good.
