Ganked from
scrollgirl.

1. List the Star Trek series that you have seen. Indicate if you've seen all the episodes or some of them.
The Original Series: Most, maybe all.
The Animated Series: There's an animated series?
The Next Generation: Most, maybe all.
Deep Space Nine: Many. I missed some in the later seasons.
Voyager: Quite a few.
Enterprise: Some. I can't really be more specific than that.

2. Name your favourite episodes of each series.
TOS: "Mirror, Mirror," "City on the Edge of Forever"
TNG: "The Inner Light," "The Perfect Mate," "Sarek"
DS9: "Battle Lines," "Duet," "The Collaborator"
Voyager: It's kind of sad, but it's been a long time since I watched Voyager, and there aren't any episodes that I remember standing out.
Enterprise: I probably ought to rewatch this, because I don't remember any specific episodes here either. I generally liked episodes that developed the Tripp/T'Pol relationship.

3. Name the movies you have seen:
All of them.

4. Favourite Characters:
TOS: Spock, Uhura, Sulu
TNG: Picard, Data
DS9: Bashir, Jadzia Dax, Garak, Odo, Sisko (apparently I loved everyone on this show)
Voyager: Chakotay, Torres
Enterprise: T'Pol, Phlox

5. Favourite character in the new movie?
Spock.

6. Favourite Movie?
First Contact

7. Favourite writers?
I haven't really paid attention to the names of the writers.

8. Favourite Trek Spoof?
Does Galaxy Quest count?

9. Favourite Villain?
The Borg were by far the creepiest, at least when they were first introduced. (Unless you count those little brain-controlling parasites in TNG. Those were uber-creepy, but not much came of them.)

10. Least Favourite film?
I vaguely recall the first one being rather dull...

11. Most underrated film?
I don't know. It's been a while since I saw some of the movies.

12. Written anything on it (fanfic, anything)?
Nope. Not yet.

13. What got you into Trek?
My father. He watched every Trek series that came on, and therefore so did I. (The first movie I remember seeing in the theatre is The Search for Spock, which I saw with my father and grandfather when I was seven. I didn't really become a fan until TNG, though. Then I went back and caught up on TOS.)

14. Have you met anyone who wrote or performed in Trek.
Never.

15. Favourite Series?
I'm not sure I can choose. I think DS9 may have been the best series in terms of plot development, but I think TNG did a slightly better job of exploring some traditional SF ideas and I tend to enjoy that.

Star Trek or Star Wars or BSG?
Babylon 5?

I get different things from each, and enjoyed them all in their own way.

17. What's your favourite of the novelizations?
I haven't read all of the movie novelization, but I enjoyed the novelization of The Wrath of Khan, particularly its development of Saavik.

In terms of the general novels, I've only read TOS novels. I haven't touched those in years, but the ones I remember liking include Spock's World, The Pandora Principle, The Romulan Way, Uhura's Song, My Enemy, My Ally, and Ishmael.
