Didnt get in as many hours as I wanted this week, but I think I had enough intensity. While my running still kind of sucks and my skiing is ok, I do feel like my biking is improving a lot and my strength a little.

Sunday July 31: Lake swim
Swam across whatever the lake by Ben's cabin is. Took 40 minutes and figured it was about 2k total. Swam pretty easy and oddly enough had a pontoon drive up to me to see if I was ok. What a nice guy.
Saturday July 30: Off
Does waterskiing count? maybe for strength? Meh, I probably drank enough wine slushies and Grainbelt to negate any physical improvement.
Friday July 29: Bike to work and back
Biked at an easy-ish pace to work in an hour for a little under 18 miles. Biked back home hard averaging about 20 mph and doing an extra mile.
Thursday July 28: Last day of Brochman (for me)
After jog & strength we skated around for a bit and did about a dozen medium-intensity sprints, the last few w/o poles. Finished the day with a few beach relays that included hopping, dips and push-ups. My team, Team History Channel, finished second in both relays. About 15 min of running, 15 of strength, and 45 of skiing.
PM bike with Pat around Rice Lake for an hour. Saw Dave Anderson out for a run and hassled him (in a nice way).
