YAY!
I just got off the phone with my mom and it was so wonderful! It makes me so excited that she's so excited and loves every idea I come up with. *sigh*
She'll be here the week of March 19th through the 26th with my youngest sister (it's her spring break) & likely Grandma will come too. We are in the process of deciding whether or not that Saturday will be the best day for a shower a close family friend is giving. Question: is it okay to have a shower before the invitations go out?
Anyway, we got the travel plans down. Mom'll be here that week and then maybe for Mother's Day weekend and then the week of the wedding. Phew!
My youngest sister will be getting her BM dress ordered on Sunday, which means I'll only have one more lady to go!
We are planning to order the invitations by Feb 15th - if Brian's mom will give us the freakin guest list. Sheesh! We've been engaged over a year - you wouldn't think it was that difficult!
Then my mom will be getting us the money she's contributing to the wedding by March 10th (that's when half of the catering bill is due).
Brian is off to the Super Bowl tomorrow, so we won't be doing any planning or discussing with his parents until after he gets home and rests a bit.
