Savoring
I didn't really savod anything today.
Gratitude
1. I'm grateful I got so much done today.
2. I'm grateful for a body that's slowly getting better at yoga.
3. I'm grateful for free food to eat.
4. I'm grateful for a lovely, sunny day.
5. I'm grateful for Stockton alumni who are willing to help out with the alumni mixers.
Social Connection
We did another alumni mixer today that went really well, even though it was much smaller than the acting one.
Kindness
I sent a sympathy card to a friend who lost a grandparent.
Exercise
I did 30 minutes of yoga.
I took the dog for a walk.
I slept well.
Meditation
I did a 10 minute chakra meditation from YouTube.

I actually did well with my words today. We talked about the theater website at our faculty meeting, which was easy to express my thoughts about. I was mindful during meditation because there was a moment where you're supposed to repeat you are lovable and unique and I scoffed and thought, but everyone is loveable and unique. So then I reworded it to everyone is lovable and unique and I am too.
