Breakfast:
spoonsize shredded wheat and bran bites (core)
fat free milk (core)
grapes (core)
decaf coffee w/ splenda and ff milk (core)
snack: I cheated here as woman at work brought me chocolate chip cookies.. i had 1 (2pts)
Lunch:
Greek-Style Couscous Salad
points 4 or Core
Servings 6
Ingredients
1 cup uncooked whole wheat couscous
1 cup English cucumber
1 large tomato(es)
3/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese
1 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 cup Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing
Instructions
cook couscous as directed on package, omitting the salt. Fluff with fork. Place in a large bowl; cool 10 minutes.
Chop veggies into small pieces, add remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Cover.
refrigirate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend.
