I made these on the weekend and let me tell you they are to die for ... and I could not believe they were 3 pts ... I even prefer them to the full fat version as they are not to sweet ... I find the full fat version to be way to sweet.
Banana Cookie Bars

1/2 cup light butter
2 cup graham cracker crumbs
14 oz Borden Eagle Brand Low fat sweetened condensed milk
2 medium mashed banana(s)
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup packaged shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350º. (325º for glass dish). In 13x9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter.
In small bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND and bananas; pour evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients; press down firmly.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
