So maybe once every few trips on the early train I wonder if I will run into the one other person I know who takes the Boonton train to NY. It's actually the one train where I conceivably could run into someone I know, since I'm not about to take a 4 am train from PJ (ew!). Anyways, I had one such thought today. When I got up when we reached Penn, I turned around to see the guy I dated a few months ago sleeping in the seat behind me. He woke up when the stop was announced, and totally ignored me. I assume he saw me walk past at my station when I sat down and ignored me then too, but even still. To ignore someone to the point of not even making eye contact, nodding, or saying hello? Wow, I must have left some sort of impression to not even warrant a head nod. I laughed inwardly all the way to the office. And then loudly with my boss. And then again after work with Curt. And then again even louder with kesara when I got home.
Kinda makes me want to run into him again so he can ignore me some more. What kind of f***ed up is that?
